This policy describes how the Serve Prep web app and the ServeManager Autofill browser extension handle information.

Who operates this service

Serve Prep (serve-prep.com) is a private tool for preparing ServeManager job data from PDF paperwork. Access to the web app requires a login provided by an administrator.

Web app (serve-prep.com)

• PDF and image files you upload are processed in your browser. They are not uploaded to our servers for parsing.
• We store account information (email and a hashed password) in a private database so you can sign in.
• When you sign in, we set a secure session cookie so you stay logged in. We do not use advertising or analytics trackers on the site.

Browser extension (ServeManager Autofill)

• The extension reads job field data that you send from the Serve Prep web app and stores it temporarily in Chrome’s local extension storage on your device.
• When you open ServeManager’s New Job page, the extension can fill form fields using that stored data.
• The extension communicates only with serve-prep.com (when you use the web app) and servemanager.com (when filling forms). It does not send your data to other third-party services.
• The extension does not collect browsing history outside those sites.

What we do not do

• We do not sell personal information.
• We do not use your PDF contents for advertising or model training.
• We do not share account or job data with third parties except as needed to operate the service (for example, Cloudflare hosting).

Data retention

Account records remain until an administrator removes them. Extension field data stays on your computer until you clear it, uninstall the extension, or send new data from the web app.
